To all those Hillary Clinton’s lover, fake news media, all those who voted for Hillary Clinton, and even the Established Republicans, just let it go.  Hillary lost, so just quit your damn whining about it. The people had spoken loud and clear.  We are upset with these career politicians who are just in it for themselves.

As I said in previous blogs, according to the Constitution, they are not to make a career in being Washington.  That is what they did, though.  Trump had brought about a much needed revolution to shake things up in Washington.

As I read recently, it’s time to clean up the swamp that is in Washington.  I believe that President Trump will do just that if only the fake news media, the Democrats and the Established Republicans would just let it go.

He already done more good things for this country than Obama and George W. Bush ever did.  He still have more to do, if they only let him.

President Trump isn’t guilty of any crime like old Hillary is.  James Comey lied to the Senate Advisory board, out of vengeance.  The bad part is the fake news is eating it up and believing every words spoken.  The strange things, they are getting the people to buy into their lies.

Come on, the theory that Russia had rigged this election is a joke.  Does the fake news media thinks that we are that stupid and gullible?  I got news for them.  We are smarter than they think.

There is this guy, I see everyone in a while that would give me a hard time, in saying that Hillary Clinton would give the workers raises.  Yea right, the taxpayers will pay for it! She should be lock up for all of her crimes she had committed.

Then there was a co-worker I worked with who actually said, Hillary would win because Pres. Obama had such a great 8 years.  News flash to this guy:  The American people are completely angry at our government and the career politicians.  They want their country back.  Obama was selling our country to the highest bidder, like the Chinese.  Hillary would had done the same thing.

How quickly they forget all the affairs President Bill Clinton had and even the sex scandal with Monica Lewinsky?

President Trump went ahead to put a traveling ban on certain people to prevent more terrorist attack and the people cry fowl.  Even the Liberal judges work to overturn his amendment.  They want the President to protect this country but they try to tie his hands.

Pres. Trump overturn the Asia-America trade agreement, which is a good thing.  Now for him to also overturn Nafta.  He is focusing getting America factory reopen and lifting the regulation that close them in the first place.  By doing that, he is working to provides more jobs in America.

He disapprove any of Al Gore’s so-called “Global warning ” theory.

Even in Europe, There have been Trump like politicians who also been making a run for office and does ok to make a statement; even though they may not had won.

He sets out to fix the mess that is Obamacare.  I don’t think that he should agreed with Paul Ryan’s healthcare plan though.  It could blow up in their face.

Mitch McConnell said, “I’m tired of all the drama in Washington.”

Here is a news flash for you, McConnell:  Just retire and leave Washington.  You are out of touch.  You are one of the career politicians that needs to go.

When Trump set out to create term limits for the Senate and the House, McConnell said, “He will not go for it.”

I actually think Trump should push for it anyway and let the people know that McConnell is only in Washington for himself.

If Pres. Trump thinks he can trust Paul Ryan to act on term limits, I got news for him.  I wouldn’t trust Paul Ryan either.  Since Trump won big in Paul Ryan’s home state, he should use that against him by rubbing it in his face and rubbing that smugness off.

Now Senator John McCain is no war hero.  He is a whining baby.  He is just angry that Trump done what he couldn’t in 2008.  McCain should just go away.  He should just step down and retire.

How about the latest stunt by Kathy Griffrens?  Real immature of you!  You ought be a shame of yourself.  That was not funny.  You should be lock up for what you did.  As Merle Haggard, “You are walking on the fighting side of me.”  You say, “don’t mess with this red head.”  Well, this red head is saying back at you.

What about Bill Maher?  He is so far left, that he is downright a Socialist and a Commie.  He is un-American

To those Liberals, a Conservative is for less government; whereas a Liberal is for more government.

So to all you whiners out there, still whining about Hillary losing the election; just let it go.  You all said that you were going to leave for Canada if Trump wins, well leave!  It would be good riddance.  Better yet, why don’t you just get on a slow boat to China.  I’m talking to you Kathy Griffen, Bill Maher, Whoppie Goldberg, Rosie O’Donald, and all the others.  Matter of fact, save room for Mitch McConnell and John McCain, because they should join; along with all the fake news media people like I mention in last week blog.  Hillary is lucky that Trump didn’t have her investigated and sent to prison for all her crimes.  Lord knows I would.  I would lock her up and throw away the key.

Megyn Kelly was a nobody until Donald Trump made her famous.  Not many people knew who she was when she was on Fox news, until Donald Trump made her famous.

Now she is the queen of fake news on the leader of fake news, NBC/MSM.  She has her own talk show on Sunday night called “Fake News with Megyn Kelly.”  She also will have a daytime talk show in the fall.  What is NBC thinking?  Do they actually think people is going to watch her spread more outrageous lies?  Do they think we are that gullible?

The senior executive, David Corvo actually thinks that she is the best interviewers on television and that she is credible.

I got news for you, Mr. David Corvo.  She is no more credible that NBC is.

Today’s so-called news reporter doesn’t have the integrity they once had back when Walter Cronkite was broadcasting the news.  This is worse than yellow journalism.

Megyn Kelly lost her credibility when she went after Donald Trump.  She was harder on him than on Hillary Clinton during the election.  Why is that?

The Democrats has the fake news media in their hind pocket.

Megyn, who worked for Fox news, a Conservative reliable news station.  The Fox news should be ashamed of themselves for not putting their foot down on her.

I will agree with David Corvo with one thing.  When he says that they got themselves a winner with her.  She is a real winner alright.  The Queen of fake news.

She easily stole that title from none other than Katie Couric.  Katie had that title when she was the CBS news anchor after Dan Rather, the king of fake news in his time.  Remember when Katie went after Sara Palin?

Katie made Sara Palin look like an idiot to the American people.  A real gem ha?

Sara Palin had a lot of good things to say, but the so-called fake news media made her out to be an idiot and took away her credibility.  Of John McCain was no help.  He left her out to dry in the wind.

CBS had held the title of fake news media for a long time; but now NBC had easily surpassed them for that title.  Now that they got Megyn Kelly and Rachel Maddow on their network.  They might as well have Katie Couric as well, then it could be a 3-ring circus over at NBC news, the leader of fake news.

Fox news has the most integrity of all the news source out there.  But ABC is close behind them Fox as being more accurate.  They have their moments too.

Megyn Kelly is just in it for the money.  She is just going where the money is at.  If the fake news media is willing to pay and you have no integrity; you might as well be a part of it.

Look at Ed Schultes, At one time, he was a Conservative.  He then went to the Liberal news station.  He now is on a Russian news station.

I bet if the fake news media was to offer Mike McFreely a very good offer, he would take it.  He says he has integrity, but I doubt it.  When it comes to money, money talks.

Sure, I hope to eventually get paid for my blogs.  I will try remain true to my integrity and my true self.  A good journalist/news reporter doesn’t make the news, they inform it.  They tell the whole story not just what they want.

As I said, why didn’t Megyn Kelly go after Hillary, and investigate her for all her crimes?  The reason, they feared Trump would become President and they wanted to stop the Trump train.

I used to have a hard time in watching Rush Lumbawl.  I had this feeling that he thought he was God and you better believe him or else.  I have to admit now, that was the fault of the fake news media.  They wanted to make the people believe that; so they could destroy his credibility.  When I look back at what Rush had said, he was right the whole time.

Anyway there are others like Rush who had it right but the fake news media made them out to be idiots.  There is one guy in particular I can’t think of his name, but if anyone knows who I’m talking about, I welcome it.

Stay tune for next week.  When I tell all these whiners out there to just let it go.  Hillary lost.  The people had spoken against the establishment, the career politicians and the fake news media.  Let President Trump do his job!  This is all I’m going to say on this until next week.

This Memorial Day weekend, we remembered those who had passed away.  We remember those who gave their lives for our freedom in this country.  They will always be in our hearts and minds.  I’m forever grateful for what they gave; so that I can enjoy the freedom that we have in this country.

Even though they may be gone, they will never be forgotten.

Some people would even buy Memorial wreaths to put on their loved ones graves.  Even the retail stores had profit over it.  It seems that the older generation were real big on decorating the graves over Memorial Day weekend.  As they are dying off, the younger generation and possible my generation are not buying as much Memorial wreaths.  The retail stores are seeing that and is not selling as much as they used to.

Our loved ones may be gone but they are not forgotten.  Their spirit is all around us.

I’m going to delve into a sticky situation right now.  As I talked about the Spirit world, ghost in particular.  Some may believe in ghost and some may not. Some Christians may not believe in ghost; but yet they believe in the Holy Spirit.  Some Christians may not even believe in angels.  I’m not going to downgrade it.  As for me, I believe in ghost and angels.  I may not really seen any ghosts but I believe they’re possibility.  I have some stories that may back up my claim to this.

I remember, as part of my counseling recovery, I went to the grave of my real father to make peace.  It was around Memorial Day weekend.  The first time I went, I could say anything; but I felt at peace.  It was almost like he knew why I was there.

My mother been dead for 5 years.  The year that she died, I went out West to Seattle by plane.  There was a car accident that I was involved in.  My cousin, Rosie, her granddaughters and I were on our way down Mount Rainer; when we hit another car that was stop.  I believe that my mother’s spirit was watching over us.  That was one of the reason I wasn’t as serious injured as I could had been.  Not only the seatbelt and the airbag saved me; so did my mother’s spirit.  The witness were surprise to because of the way it look, I could had been hurt a lot worse.

That same year, just a few month later, my step-dad nearly got into a car accident himself; when he somehow ended up near Watertown, South Dakota.  I believed that my mother’s spirit was watching out for him as well.

She may had been dead, but she was still watching over us and wishing she could had finally gotten her rest.

The following year, when my step-dad was in a nursing home for a short time, we thought that we should start cleaning up the farm then.  Anyway, one night, I had this dream, in which we were cleaning and my mother’s spirit spoke to me saying, “Don’t throw that away, like she always does.

Then when my step-dad finally died a year ago and we were cleaning up the old home place, I had another dream about them.  There was a root cellar that my step-dad built for vegetables.  In the dream, I entered the root cellar and noticed drawers built inside of the walls.  I told my sister, Shirley about it.  Then we saw mom and asked her about it.  Then when we saw dad riding by on his riding lawn mower, mom said, “It’s time we tell them.”  He never did and just rode off into the sunset.  She then got into her car and left the other way.

When I turned 50 and my Uncle Leo’s, her brother, turned 80, I took a train out West.  While on the train, I felt my mother’s presence sitting beside me.  She would had loved that trip.

So you see, there such things as ghost.  Not only have I experience it, others had too.  My niece, Eve had felt her grandmother standing over her and touching her hair.

I had a cat named, Snowball, who made to 18 years old, that I ended up putting down.  His spirit is still in my apartment.  Whenever my other cat, Tabitha, would act as though she was being playfully chased by Snowball.

There are places in town that been known to have ghost.  There is at least 2 ghost in the Kmart store.  I haven’t seen them but strange things had happened.  One time while working overnight, a co-worker and I was putting stuff up on the overhead over in the infant department.  She thought she heard someone calling her name and no one was calling out for her.

There is also ghost at Concordia College in the building behind Knutson Dining Hall, that is no longer there.  There is also ghost at NDSU as well.  There are even houses that have ghosts in them.  There is a stop on 13th ave. and 25th st. that a ghost been seen crossing the busy intersection.

It goes to show that ghost will go back to where they are familiar with.

You may have heard of the famous Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California, that is/was to be haunted.

Even though my parents are gone, their spirit is still around.  Not to scare the new owner of our farm, but I believe that the spirit of my step-dad is back on the farm as we speak. He is probably sitting in his favorite chair in the living room looking out the window and wondering who is in his home.  whereas my mother’s spirit is watching over the family.

The day of the auction, I could feel their spirits. My mother was busy rushing about worrying what to fix for all the people there.  My step-dad was excitedly showing off all his equipment.

So this Memorial Day weekend, may we never forget our loved ones and those who fought and died for our freedom.  Just remember, they may be gone but not forgotten.

This weekend is also the start of summer and people celebrate by going to the lakes.  So if you are traveling this weekend, drive careful or you too could become a ghost that will haunt those you left behind.

I hope that no one was offended by this.  I don’t care if you believe in ghost or not.  I, myself believe in ghost and even angels.  Their spirit is all around us.

Not too long ago, there was a news story about a restaurant in North Fargo, where the owner was complaining about that they may have to close because they wasn’t able to get enough help.  The owner even said, “There is not enough workers.”

I got news for them, there are plenty of workers in Fargo-Moorhead.  They just got to be willing to pay them.  If businesses are not willing to pay, workers will just go somewhere else.

As I said in previous blog, North Dakota is so cheap; when birds fly, they go cheap, cheap.  The minimum wage is only $7.50/hour, the lowest in the nation.  Even Paul Harvey said before he died, North Dakota is the only state where people have to work 2-3 jobs just to make a living.

In the restaurant business, those who are waitress or waiter, gets either $7.50 or less an hour.  The owner figured that they get tips; so they don’t have to pay them more money.  Tips should not be a factor in how much they get paid per hour.  Tips are added bonus for them.  Some business prefer that you not get tips.  For example: once in awhile, I may get a tip at Kmart if I help a customer with a carry-out.  I’m not suppose to accept it; but what they don’t know won’t hurt them. That is an added bonus; so businesses shouldn’t use tips to keep from paying better wages.  Anymore than they should dictate that you shouldn’t get a tip either.

Why should workers work for less money, when they can go somewhere else for more money?  I mean, there are more and more day labor places plopping up lately.  People are choosing to work at these day labors jobs, because they get paid more an hour and they can choose to work when they want to.  I don’t see how they can make a living doing that.

I mean, I have done some works through day labor; but I only did it for extra money.  You can make a living.  Some days you get a job and some days you don’t.  Unless maybe this a way to fool the government during tax time.

I mean there is so much red tapes and hoops to jump through involving filing our taxes.  By making only so much, they can still get money back and avoid red tape.  Maybe some are on Government assistance and they only can make so much.  That is why we need to cut some of these Government programs, to get able body people working and stop smooching off the Government, the taxpayers.  I’m not saying that there aren’t people who doesn’t need help.  I’m just saying that there are people taking advantage of a good thing.

By eliminating some of these Government regulation, maybe business can pay better wages.

Today’s generation have a different perspective and work ethics.  They want more money and less hour.  They want more money for easier job.  My sister, Shirley, and I joked around once in awhile.  These young people will be taking care of us while we’re in a nursing home.  We would probably need a cane just to order them to take better care of us or else.

They want more money but they want to work when they want to.  Some of them think; since Kmart is a dying business, I should just quit and find a better high paying job.  They would!  Some of them wouldn’t even take a job for less money.

Sometimes, a person got to take the first thing that comes their way.  As Maureen Zimmerman, when she was a co-anchor on WDAY news, said to me when I was a teenager, “You just need to get your foot in the door.”  In other words take what you can get, get your experience, and work your up the ladder.

I remember years ago, I was hired by 2 restaurant, one was Randy’s and the other was the Viking’s Room in the old Holiday Mall.  Randy’s paid more an hour but at the Viking’s Room, I got more hour.  So what do you think was the better offer?  Even Randy’s paid more per hour, I got paid more at the Viking’s Room.  Getting paid more an hour doesn’t necessary mean more money.  They could pay more but they could make sure that they don’t give you enough hour.  So what good is that?

Today’s generation probably wouldn’t see it that way.

I put in 8 years at Fargo Country Club, and when I was finally offer a better paying job working at Concordia College.  Believe me, I took that job offer.  So you have to be willing to get your foot in the door by taking a job with less money until you can work your way up.

That doesn’t give businesses the license not to pay better wages to their employees, and offer decent benefits to them as well.

There are places that are very good to work for in Fargo-Moorhead, but they are hard to come by.  The reason, the turnout is very low.  When an employee is paid good, getting decent benefits, and treated well by management, they are going to stick it out.  When you have low pay, no benefits, and poor managements, you can’t keep help.  Don’s Car wash and Cash Wise are example of that.  They are always looking for help.  Even when Kmart had a bad manager not to long ago, they lost a lot of help and it was very hard to get help.

First of all, for those looking for a job, take what you can get until something better comes your way.

To the business owner, if you want people to work for you, you have to pay them more money, give them decent benefits, and treat them well.

There are business learning that.  Some of these fast food joints are willing to pay more an hour.

To those who say that I should jump ship and quit Kmart before they do end up closing, I say to them.  “I’m too young to retire but too old to move on.  I have never been out of a job for very long.  I have always found another job.  Besides, I still got my job at the Fargo Dome that I truly enjoy.  I’m now writing blogs for the internet, and I hope someday to get paid for these blogs.  So I’m not worried as some would be.”

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there.  Not all mothers are the same but all needs to recognize and cheered.

My mother been gone for 5 years now but her memory lives on.  She may gave birth to one child but she raised 7 kids plus nieces and nephews.

Before I was born, the doctor told my mother that she couldn’t have any kids; then I came along.

My mother started out as a single mother.  So when Vice-President Dan Quail attacked Murphy Brown for being a single mother, I go on  the defensive.  My mother never married my real father.  Even if she did, it wouldn’t last, because he cheated on her.  She never went on welfare.  There was time that she worked 2 jobs to take care of me.  Luckily my grandmother lived with us to help take care of me.

My hat goes off to all those single mothers out there.  You got it very hard.  You have to be a mother and a father.  It’s hard to work and raise a family.  So Dan Quail, you were such an idiot.  No wonder the first George Bush lost his reelection.  He never stood a chance.  With Dan Quail as his Vice-President, Bill Clinton, and crazy as a fox, Ross Perot.  Bill Clinton was the better of 3 evil.  I mean the old joke back then was, “The CIA had order to shoot to kill Quail if anything happen to Bush.”

Now back to my tribute to mothers.

My mothers made sure that us kids never went without.  There was a time, I crawled up into her bed and bit her in the ass, only for attention, because I hadn’t seen her for a long time.

When I had my eye surgery, my mother was there pretty much the whole time.  She told me later that I told her to go home and all she did was went for a drive.

So when she had her stroke and was in Sanford on Broadway.  It was a Friday night during ribfest at the Fargo Dome and Montgomery Gentry was performing. After work, I walked over to Sanford to sleep in her hospital room to be there for her like she was always there for me.

A mother loves unconditionally all her children.  She loves like God loves us, unconditionally.  Believe me, there are members in my family that are not easy to love either.  My mother even loved all her grandkids and great-grandkids.  Some probably more than others but only reasons that she could explain.

When my step-dad proposed to my mother, he was only going to bring 2 kids to live with us.  Two was of age and they didn’t really count.  Now my mother told him all of the kids or no marriage.  That was how much the family meant to her.

Even before my mother had me, she was an aunt first and some of nieces and nephews thought of her as mother.  One even called her mother.  When the doctor told her sister, Rosella that Tony would never walk.  It was my mother who never gave up on him and got him to walk.  He beats the odds.

My mother wanted to be a nurse but could never lived her dream because she had to drop out of school to help raise her younger sister, Joanne.  She even had dream of me being a lawyer. For some reason, I don’t know why.

Even when I went to school to become a Chef, I have to admit, I learned more about cooking from my mother.  When she died, it was me to pick up the gauntlet to make her famous baked beans for dad for Christmas.

When I went out West 2 years ago on train to celebrate her brother, Leo’s 80th birthday and my 50th, I took the train.  Believe I could feel her presence sitting beside me on the train.  She would had loved to went along.  family meant a lot to her.  She hated to see family members fighting.  It hurt her so.  She didn’t like it with her brothers and sisters, and she definitely wouldn’t like it with her kids.

She even said if she could had afford it, she would had paid for my sister, Barb, who had cancer to seek recovery at Rochester.  She figured that she may had a better chance of survival.

My mother may be gone but her memory lives on.  Toward the end of her life, she was more concerned with her husbands and kids than her own life.

So it goes to show that mothers would do anything for their kids.  They would practically die for them.  My folks marriage may not been no bed of roses.  There love song was “Rose Garden”, by Lynn Anderson.  She had the unconditional love that all mothers have.

Yet there are mothers out there that probably shouldn’t have kids either.  Mothers who doesn’t seem to watch their kids.  Like the young child that was killed on University Drive in South Fargo in the pouring rain.  That mother was too busy playing on her phone to pay attention to her child.

Or how about mothers who let there daughters enter child beauty pageant.  They are setting up their daughters to become victims of child sexual abuse.  If a child is not 18, they should not be allowed to be in a pageant.

Or how about the reality show, Kate plus 8.  I think Kate was an unfit mother to be a part of that show.  She cared more the money than she did her own kids.  I mean child stars have a very hard time once they become an adult.

The only way they survive is, if they had a good mother with morals.

I don’t want to be so hard on those bad mothers out there, because this is there day to celebrate.  Thank God for mothers!  Without mothers, where would we all be?  I don’t care what kind of mother you may. My hat goes off to you.  I honor and respect you from the bottom of my heart.  I know that my own mother is up in heaven watching over me and all her children, grandchildren, great-grand-children, and even nieces and nephews.  She wouldn’t be happy to see any of her kids not getting along for whatever reason.

First, I have to admire Sen. Heidi Heitkamp.  She votes with a conscious not the party line.  I may be a Republican and she is a Democrat; but she does the right thing.  Hopefully the corruptness in Washington doesn’t get to her, the way it gets to all the others.  The Democrats may not be happy with her right now; because of her vote for Gorshach for Supreme Judge.  Keep up the good work, Heidi.  Maybe that’s why Pres. Trump thought of her to be in his cabinet.

I wish Sen. Hoeven would do that, but we all know he doesn’t.  He votes the party line; just because his buddy, Mitch McConnell from Kansas, vote a certain way, Hoeven feels that he has to too.

Mitch McConnell is so old and out of touch, that he needs to step down.  He had been in Washington so long that he is just corrupted by the power.  Pres. Trump wants term limits for our Senators and Congressman; and McConnell doesn’t want it, because he is afraid of losing his power.  So Pres. Trump should call him out on it, and that way the people can see how he just needs to go away.

Senator Hoeven done nothing for this state, not even when he was Governor.  He inherited the surplus from Gov. Ed Shaffer.  Shaffer wasn’t even part of the Establishment and career politician that is corrupted.

Even Hoeven’s wife said at a luncheon, “Do you know who I am?”  It’s almost like she expected special treatment.  Ya, we know who you are, Mikey Hoeven and we do not care.  You’re no better than anyone else.  You don’t deserve special treatment.

It was utterly ridiculous when people like Sen. Al Carlson criticize Gov. Burgum for wearing jeans at the capital in a session.  How stupid was that.  He’s the governor and he is setting a standard in Bismarck.  Al Carlson is just neo-Nazi that also needs to go.  Burgum should put his foot down and put them in their place.  Remember, Carlson didn’t even wanted Burgum, because he wasn’t a part of the Establishment, like Carlson’s buddy, Wayne Stengheim.  Stengheim been in politics so long that he is just corrupted, just like Al Carlson.

Look at the Minnesota side, Congressman, Colin Peterson also been in Washington way to long.  He wants to runs again for another term.  The people should say to him, “Hell no!  You been in there way too long!”

Amy Krochabar is the kind of Democratic Senator that votes straight party line.  She should take notes from Heitkamp.  Instead, Amy would vote with Nancy Pelosi and Elizabeth Warren no matter what.

Al Franklin, who wasn’t a career politician, still is just a buffoon.  He is as fall left as Minnesota’s counterpart.

I hate to admit it, but Gov. Dayton is doing a better job than I thought he would.  He got the state out of the black.  The State of Minnesota was struggling under Tim Pawlenty’s leadership.

I love it when Trump let McCain have it.  Sen. McCain is another one, like McConnell that should just go away and retire.  They both are so old and out of touch with what the people wants.  They are corrupted with power.  McCain is just jealous that Trump pulled off what he couldn’t.  McCain is no war hero.  He is a whining baby just like McConnell, and both needs to go.

So Pres. Trump should push for term limits for our Congress and Senate; and if they don’t want it, let the people know so that they will be found out.

Just like Al Carlson should step down as State Senator.

I don’t understand why Trump wants to side in with Paul Ryan.  Ryan was so against Trump too.  Since Trump won big in Ryan’s home state, Trump should use that against Ryan and force him out of the House of Representative.

At least Kevin Kramer isn’t a part of the Establishment, anymore that Heitkamp is.  Remember, Trump was considering both of them for his cabinet.  He didn’t think of Hoeven, because he knew better.

I have to admit, I didn’t vote for Kramer and Heitkamp the first time they ran.  I was afraid that Kramer was just another career politician; but he proved me wrong.

I couldn’t vote for Heitkamp the first time either; but I didn’t vote for Rick Berg either.  I couldn’t vote for Berg, because I felt that power had corrupted him.  I have nothing against Berg personally.  I knew him before he made in big in politics.  He was a nice guy.  The corruptness just corrupted him.  He should just stayed in the House for another term, but he became greedy.  As so many of these career politician had became.

Absolute power corrupt absolutely.  We didn’t have income tax until 1913.  It was under Pres. Woodrow Wilson that income tax was added into the Constitution.  That made him one of the worse President, and gave more power to our already corrupt Government.

As long as Heitkamp doesn’t become corrupt, I will vote for her.  I’m also in favor of term limits.  It will take away the power from our Government.  As I said in previous blogs, we also must eliminate the IRS and income tax.

May Pres. Trump clean up Washington from all the corrupted career politicians and work hard to get term limits.  May he also eliminate the IRS and income tax.  May we get more people like Heitkamp, Kramer, Trump, Burgum, Shaffer.  May it’s time that people consider me as Senator over Hoeven.

There is so much businesses closing right now in Fargo-Moorhead; it get me thinking about West Acres.  The last few months stores like: Kmart, Sears, Payless, Macy, Family Christian store, and many others had closed their doors.

I have this one thing to say.  If they close JC Penny and Payless in West Acres, there is no more reason for me to go the mall.  I prefer shopping at those 2 stores along with Family Christian store.  They are more up my alley.

When Sears closed, it didn’t hurt my feelings any.  As I said in my past blog, it was a big mistake for Kmart to bail Sears out.  Sears is the downfall of Kmart.

Sears and JC Penny are the two oldest retail stores.  They both started in the earlier 1900.  Other stores, such as Montgomery Wards and Woolworth are gone.

I prefer shopping at both Payless and JC Penny, because I gets good deals on clothes and shoes.  When they go. why should I bother going to West Acres?  There will be no more reason to go shopping there.  Sure the Food Court is nice; but a person can eat any other place.  I can go to Best Buy, but I do not have to step into West Acres.

I don’t shop at Macy and Herbergers because they are too expensive for me.

It seems all the managers at West Acres care about is bringing in Specialty store in the mall.  Stores that only attract certain type of people.

Also, On-line orders are becoming very huge.  More people are choosing to order online.  I don’t know about you, but I prefer seeing what I’m buying.  I prefer trying on the clothes before I buy it.  Each styles fit differently with the sizes.  Yet, there are people, millennium in particular who prefer shopping online.  They thinks that it is more convient.  To me, it is just pure laziness.  I don’t like to shop either, but it’s best to see what you are getting before you buy it.

Don’t get me wrong!  I did order some stuff on online last year for Christmas.  Sometimes to find the hard stuff, a person have to shop online.

Another thing is the rent is too high for businesses to stay open at West Acres.  Haven’t the managers learned the valuable lesson from past malls in Fargo-Moorhead?

First, let us look at the old Holiday Mall, in South Moorhead.  In the 70’s Holiday mall was booming because of stores like Tempo, Ben Franklin, Piggley Wiggley, Foss Drugs, and Viking Rooms café.  As a child, while living in West Fargo, our family would go to Holiday Mall on Sunday after church.  We would have lunch at Viking Room and shop those stores that I mentioned.

When Kmart decided to open their store in Moorhead, so they can be open on Sunday, Tempo became scared and decided to close up shop.  When Tempo closed, Alco opened but it wasn’t the same.  Soon the Holiday Mall became a dying breed.  In the 80’s, Viking Rooms was out there but there wasn’t much other business worth shopping at.  There was Best Buy; but Best Buy made their best move when they opened near West Acres.  Soon Holiday Mall became no more.

Moorhead Center Mall is another example that the manager of West Acres can learn from.  What is in Moorhead Center Mall?  The parking lot is full but what is in there?  There is nothing worth while.

Even the old Northport Mall is also dying breed.  The reason why they are dead is because the rent is high and all the businesses is moving south, near West Acres.  Yet there are still people living in North Fargo.  Where are they to shop that is convient?

It seems that JC Penny and Kmart is running a race just to see who will close first.  There both struggling and are a dying breed.  We need these type of stores.

So you managers at West Acres get smart before it’s too late.  Because if Payless and JC Penny close, you will lose this customer.  I can go to another Verizon other than the mall.  I can go to Best Buy without even going to West Acres.  I can even stop eating in your food court.

I like wrestling as much as anyone; but there is something about WWE that makes a person wonder.  Is it real or fake?

What they do in WWE is more for entertainment purpose.  In a real wrestling match in high school and college they don’t go as overboard as they do in WWE.  They don’t use a chair or any other objects in the wrestling match.  It’s just two people wrestling on a mat.

I went out for wrestling back in the 4th or 5th grade.  I didn’t really get a chance to compete, because I became sick and missed out on a lot of trainings before the tournaments.

I remember my mother telling me how much she loved watching midget wrestle.  She said, “it was fun to watch.”

That is what watching wrestling on WWE is just pure entertainment.  Those wrestlers are showman.  They are there to entertain us.  They’ll go all out to do that to.  Starting with psyching their opponents out.  They’ll use whatever means there is to win.

Some wrestlers is even on steroids.  Now steroids is on dangerous drug.  It can wreck your body and your mind.  I don’t understand why people choose to use steroids.  When just working out is the best way.  They just want to be bigger and stronger than their opponents.

Like I said, “it’s entertainment.”  I remember watching “Dynasty” in the ’80’s, and the biggest episodes was when Krystal and Alexis would fight.  People just love watching them fight. Linda Evans and Joan Collins were friends while filming “Dynasty.”  Men would pay almost anything to watch women fight, either mud, jello, or however.

That is the way it is with wrestling on WWE.  People like to be entertain no matter what.

Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t want to meet some of these wrestlers on the streets.  Some are very scary looking.  I’m no fighter!

Yet some wrestlers may just be a teddy bear that they don’t want the fans to know.

Like I said before, I like wrestling.  I was a fan of Hulk Hogan and Macho Man Randy Savage.

A lot of their wrestling match is mostly talk just to psyche their opponents up.

Wrestling is a very dangerous entertaining sport.  These wrestlers have to make it entertaining, just to be famous and rich.  Because they can’t do it all their life.  They do have a lot of physical aches and pain, and even mental pain as well.

When you watch WWE, the wrestlers doesn’t wear protective gear, like they do in high school and college wrestling.  The reason why for the protective gear in high school and college wrestling is for their safety.

I had a classmate that I graduated with who was a star wrestler in high school.  He got hurt in a wrestling match and to this day he pays for it.  He now would get epileptic seizure every once in a while if he doesn’t keep up with his medication.  I found this out when we were at our all-school reunion and were downtown in Hawley during the parade.  He had a seizure right next to me, and I have to admit, it scared me.  He fell very hard on the ground, hitting his head.  He let out a scream as he was going to down.  He nearly landed on my foot.

So you see, wrestling can be very dangerous sport.  So those in the wrestling field have to do whatever it takes to make it entertaining, so people would enjoy watching it.  They are trying to make a quick living, because they know deep down that they can’t do it forever.

When their wrestling career is over they have to find something else to, if they aren’t killed or injured real bad.  Jesse Ventura became an actor and the governor of Minnesota.  He now does the talk show circuit.

Wrestling isn’t the only thing hard on a person, so is boxing.  Mohammed Ali was the greatest boxer ever, in my lifetime.  Look at what happened to him.  He came down with Parkinson’s Disease, until his death recently.  He would be truly missed.

So what do you think?  Is wrestling on WWE real or pure entertainment?

Happy Easter everyone!  I know that it may not be politically correct; but I’m not the kind of person to be politically correct, as you can tell from my blogs.

It seems Easter has lost it’s true meaning.  Easter had become way to commercialize, like a lot of these holidays out there.

Easter is suppose to be a time to remember that Jesus Christ had rose from the dead and reigns in Heaven until the undetermined time of His return.  He conquered death and Satan, so that we can have victory.  He will return again.  Jesus is alive!!

To all you skeptics out there that may be reading my blogs, and I know there are probably a few, I’m not apologizing for this blog.  Peace be with you also!

Some may say that Jesus was just a prophet.  There is no reason to really celebrate Easter.  If that’s the case, why do we do it?  Can’t be the Easter bunny?  Anymore than it can be Santa Clause to why we celebrate Christmas?

Easter, just like Christmas has become too commercialize.  The retailers are capitalizing on this holiday as well.  It just another holiday for an excuse to spend money.  As though we need an excuse.

It seems every year people have to buy a new Easter outfit for church, clothes and shoes.

Speaking of church, it seems the only time church really gets filled is around Easter, Christmas, wedding, and a funeral.  Especially, if you are from a Lutheran or Catholic background.  There are people who does go to church every Sunday.  It just during those time more people flock to church than ever.

When I was a child, the only time my folks went to church was for Easter, Christmas, wedding, and a funeral.  Before my mother died she went to church more often and became saved and a believer.

Another thing about Easter and retail is that it’s similar to Halloween.  How, you may ask?  Look at how people goes out of their ways to buy Easter candies and baskets.  Rabbits don’t lay eggs, chicken do; but somehow rabbits gets associated with Easter eggs around Easter time.  People would die Easter eggs after they boiled them.  Then they would hide them for the kids to find.  Or they would put them in an Easter basket.  There is just another reason to buy candies for Easter.

My mother loved those peeps.  To me they are way to sweet.  I loved the malted eggs, jelly beans, or the small chocolate eggs candies.  This year, I didn’t buy much Easter candies though.

When people think Easter, they think Spring and the end of winter.  So they celebrate. Jesus is the last things from most people mind.  They want new clothes, spend time with the family, they do major spring cleaning, and even start planning a garden.  In the 1800’s, the ladies would have to get a bonnet to wear to church on Easter Sunday.

With my family, growing up, my mother would buy us new outfit for Easter that we would wear to church the first time.  She would get Easter basket with candies for us kids.  Sometimes she would hide them and other times she would just put them on the kitchen table.  She would baked ham for Easter dinner. While it was baking in the oven, the whole family would go to church.

I remember, one Easter, my mother took us kids to St. Mary’s Catholic church in North Fargo, right on Broadway.  There was five that she took, the 2 oldest wasn’t there.  Maybe she only did it one time because we were too much to handle, by herself, or else we started going to a Lutheran church.  The reason we went to St. Mary than, the Bishop was there doing the service then.

Also around Easter time, usually was dad’s birthday and my sister, Bonny’s birthday; so she would also have a birthday cake to celebrate their birthday as well as Easter.  We even celebrate her birthday at the same time, when the family got older.  It was time for the family to get together.

As Easter became a time  for buying new clothes, housecleaning, gardening, and merrymaking.  Let us think rather in terms of what Easter really means for our lives as we face the uncertainties of a chaotic world. Easter isn’t about all that.  It’s about Jesus and the fact that He’s alive!

I remember when bars were closed on Good Friday.  Now it’s just another Friday.  Like Easter is just another Sunday.  This past weekend, there was a concert at the Fargo Dome right on Good Friday.  It was a good concert.  I worked it.  Lee Brice and Dustin Moore were there performing with Brett Young.  Years ago before bars were open on Good Friday, that would never happen.

So you can see, time is a changing.  People are getting away from the Lord and church.  As this happen more and more, the end can’t be far off.  Jesus will return again.  As Reba McEntire sings, “We must get back to God.”

This blog is more local.  You have been hearing in the news lately about Craig Cobb and his neo-Nazism thinking.  He even purchase an old church building in Nome, North Dakota; in which to start his own cult, so-to-speak.  You also heard that the church mysteriously burned down.

He is a racist pig in my book.

As I mentioned in previous blogs, I don’t like the illegal immigrants coming into this country.  Or them coming into the country and can’t speak English.  But if they come into this country legally and learned our language and culture, I’m find with that.  America was founded by the melting pot theory.  We all started out as immigrants.  The only natural born American citizen was the Native Americans.  He must had forgotten that.

Is he a monster or a wounded individual?

If you know anything about the history of Adolf Hitler, you would remember that he was labeled a monster.  Did you know that when Adolf Hitler was a kid in school, he had a Jewish teacher that was abusive toward him.  That was one of the reason he hated the Jews.

I wonder if maybe, Craig Cobb had a similar experience to make him the he is.

I mean, it’s all possible.  He’s from that generation Martin Luther King Jr. “I had a Dream”, speech.  I remember a lot when I was growing up, all the racist comments made by my step-dad.  But that don’t make me a racist; anymore than his comment on women makes me a sexist.

Even though, my step-dad came across as racist, he still voted for Obama over Hillary or even McCain.

In my book, the Neo-Nazism and KKK are way worst than the Militia in Montana.  The Militia is only trying to take back America for the people from the Government.  Yet the government seems to attack them more.

The Neo-Nazism and KKK have to hide their face by wearing sheets.  Believe me, they should to.  They should hide in shame for the shame they put on America.

Some of you may think that I’m pretty brave right now.  I’m going to tell you of a nightmare I had when I was a kid.  In the nightmare, I was in Detroit Lakes and I witnessed the KKK mistreating a black guy.  So I went up there and told them to knock it off.  They first asked, “Who I was?”, and then started chasing me.  I woke up scared and was afraid to go back to sleep.

Craig Cobb is giving Trump credit for his popularity right now.  Trump has nothing to do with him being a monster.  I don’t believe Trump is as much as a racist as Cobb is.  That church he was going to start in Nome, ND, he was going to name it after Trump.  Pres. Trump should put his foot down on Cobb.

I don’t know what started the fire in Nome but say, “good riddance.”  He doesn’t love America the way he does.  If he did, he would love all race.

If he wants to blame anyone for this mess though, he can blame Pres. Obama.  Pres. Obama had a chance to really make a difference in this country.  Instead, under Obama, we had more racial uprising than ever.  Obama wasn’t what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had in mind with his “I had a Dream” speech.  He could had but he brought out more racial tension instead.

So who is really to blame for Craig Cobb?  Is he a monster or a wounded individual?  Is society or his childhood responsible for his behavior?

I may seem brave for writing this blog.  I have this thought, if anything happen to me, you probably can guess what happen to me.  I piss the wrong person off.  Believe me, I knew a person who was a member of the KKK, but that was years ago.

So Mr. Craig Cobb and all your so-called friends, in the words of Rodney King, “Can’t we all just get along?”
