Do you ever wish you can get a new life when things don’t work out as expected? Do you wish you can just start over?

Sometimes, there is no second chances in life or a relationship. If you mess up in a relationship, you could be kick to the curb and going through the Big D, and I don’t mean Dallas.

Sometimes though, you are given a second chance in life to make a change for the better. There’s no guarantees though. If you grows up in a dysfunctional family or low income, It’s hard to break free from that lifestyle you grew up in.

There’s a homeless shelter called, “New Life Center,” They don’t really help like they should. New Life Center runs like a jail. I can understand with some people, you have to lay down the law if you are to help that person; but not everyone is the same. New Life Center and other homeless shelter gets money from the government by how many people they have in the shelter. New Life Center has different variety of people who are homeless. If you have a bladder issue; which leads you to making a mess, they will kicked you out because of it being unsanitized. As some gets older, they will have bladder issues. They must be set up to help them as well.

The state should withhold money from these homeless shelter if they don’t actually help the homeless get on their feet. I can understand that there are some you can’t help because of mental illness.

They worked with Fargo Housing to help find an apartment. Yet Fargo Housing doesn’t help as good as they should.

You hear stories of homeless shelters are filled up with illegal immigrants in these sanctuary city. New Life Center has there share of illegal immigrants as well. It seems that they and Housing would rather help the illegal immigrants over the American citizens. When they do that they should lose funding as well, as being investigated.

If a husband messed up and cheat on his wife, he should expect to get a divorce. As Jerry Reed sang, “She got the goldmine, I got the shaft.”

There is hope though in starting over with a new life. It’s all about being born again.

BORN AGAIN is a Christian term for a spiritual rebirth; which means a person gets a new spiritual life through faith in Jesus Christ. When a person accepted the Lord into their life and seek forgiveness for their sins, the Lord shall forgive you of all your sins. He wipes the slate clean. The past is no more. You get a new life in Jesus Christ.

Have you messed up so bad that you are seeking forgiveness? Do you want a new life in Christ Jesus?

If you want a new life, you can say this Sinner’s Prayer. “Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe that you died for my sins, and that You rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and ask You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In your name. Amen!”
